Trying to be a beter blogger

Well we made it through the first week back to our routine. I need to be better at taking pictures but here are a few highlights from our week....

Ephraim- Had a rough time getting back into the swing of things. Had some trouble at school but ended his week with his clip on green (A very good thing). He practiced hard at TaeKwonDo for testing next week (He is hoping for his Orange Belt). Has become very clingy again and trying to sneak in to sleep with mommy at night, not sure what that is about but hopefully it will pass.

Delilah- Has continued to take good care of her birdie, Rose. Made it through to Girl Scout activities without crying (A huge feat for her). Practiced really hard in TaeKwonDo (she is testing for her Blue Belt) she has to complete 2 forms. We finished her Ancestor project :)

Rebekah- Enjoyed Girl Scouts, was told she too would have to do 2 forms for her TaeKwonDo test (we don't know why though), she performed with her TaeKwonDo Demo Team for the YMCA Open House. She did amazing. She continues to try to enjoy reading. Had a hard time getting back into it since she stayed up way to late while on vacation and had a few late night meltdowns.

Audra- Survived her first week back in the classroom after being out of it for quite sometime. Managed to get the kids to where they needed to be on time. Had a great time with her Girl Scouts at the Humane Society and was thoroughly trained on the proper way to sell Girl Scout cookies (yes it is that time again).

Chet- We celebrated Chet's birthday late with my parents by going out to dinner at a super yummy Mexican restaurant in Vista. Continued to work (a lot) and pick up the slack at home for when his crazy wife is over extended.

All in all it was a good week but boy were we glad for the weekend. Thanks for reading about our week!

Do you guys know my brother (Zach) from the YMCA? He got his black belt from there and now I think teaches.
